A.M. Roasting Co. is a family-owned coffee roasting company founded by Isaac and Abby Miller. Located in Northern Indiana, our desire is to build a lasting connection with the community, to share our deep appreciation for the art and science of coffee roasting, and to help people brew better coffee at home.

We started small, roasting coffee in our garage and experimenting with different coffee origins and roasting techniques. We began by selling at our local Farmers Market, which allowed us to make connections and fueled our desire to positively impact our community. Over time, our demand grew and we decided to turn our hobby into a business. 

When we're not busy roasting or brewing coffee at the local Farmers Markets, you'll find us working on house projects, reading, or doting on our Siamese fur ball, Macchiato.
